Hello and welcome. I'm Blaine Anderson, but I'd really prefer just Blaine. I'm technically an Anderson... But I don't love the stereotype that comes with the name. I'm currently residing with my sister and some others on an island, and it's nice here. At least it is for now, before someone screws everything up.

I’m not too busy for you, Rachel! Do you want me to come over later?

Can you bring Kurt with you? It seems Finn is his brother and I said I’d try and make it so they could see one another.

They’re brothers?! Huh. Well, of course I can!! They can chat while we do! When are you guys free?

I don’t have you. I’ve not seen you since you got here.

Ooc: I’m really sorry, but my family’s going on a camping trip. We’re leaving today and we’ll be back Thursday, but I’m just going to assume there won’t be internet, so if I don’t respond that’s why!

First Encounters || Kurt and Blaine

notyourslavehummel:

Slipping his hand into Blaine’s, Kurt let out a nervous sigh before following him down towards the beach. Looking at their surroundings as they walked down the path, Kurt couldn’t help himself as he slowly began to lace his fingers with Blaine’s so that he was more comfortable. He still felt a slight flush on his cheeks at a move that so ‘bold’, but he offered back a soft smile when he noticed that Blaine was trying to give him a reassuring smile. He wasn’t sure why, but he felt as if he could trust Blaine, and so far he hadn’t exactly been given a reason not to. While there was the fact that Blaine was his ‘owner’, Kurt was constantly reminded that Blaine hadn’t bought him - his parents had bought him for Blaine in order to…well Kurt wasn’t exactly sure why they had bought him beyond the fact that he was supposed to be Blaine’s sex slave. Despite this fact, Blaine had been nothing but nice to him and he had showed no efforts to force Kurt into something that he didn’t want, or wasn’t ready for.

Kurt allowed himself to study the scenery a bit more as they walked along the path towards the beach and allowed his mind to wander. He began thinking of his father and what the older man might have been up to. Was he happy? Was he worried about Kurt? By now, it had been quite a while since Kurt had checked in, so Burt had to be freaking out right? Sighing softly, Kurt chewed on his lower lip as his mind was brought back to his current surroundings. As they reached the edge of the sand, Kurt found himself nearly mesmerized by the crystal clear waters before the sound of Blaine’s voice broke into his thoughts and he found himself looking into the man’s admittedly beautiful eyes. “U-Um…I guess we…um I guess we could set up something on the beach and do the sunscreen there,” he said with a small nod. He wanted to explore the coves, that was true, but part of him also wanted to sit on the beach for a little bit.

Blaine managed to keep his eyes from widening when Kurt intertwined their fingers, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t extremely surprised. When he noticed Kurt smiling back at him, even just a little, Blaine could have literally danced for joy. Everything he was doing was working, and it was going to be worth it. Blaine couldn’t believe his luck… and he couldn’t believe how happy he was. Of course, he’d wanted Kurt to show signs of trusting him and everything, but he hadn’t realized how much he’d wanted it, or how ecstatic it was going to make him. It wasn’t perfect, their situation, but if they tried Blaine knew he could make it work. Sure, Kurt was his slave, but maybe Kurt could be more than that. Blaine had been pushed into a lot of one-night stands by his parents, mostly to form alliances with other powerful families, but he had never had something real before. To be honest, that was all Blaine really wanted. Sure, sex was great, but it got boring when there wasn’t anything to it. There had never been love or desire fueling Blaine’s ‘escapades…’ It always felt forced, and wrong in a way. He wasn’t going to do that with Kurt. He wasn’t going to let himself mess it up.

When they reached the beach, Blaine buried his toes in the hot sand as he listened to Kurt. The younger man still seemed so hesitant and reserved when they spoke… Blaine knew he couldn’t actually be like that. He’d seen glimpses of Kurt’s sarcasm and wit, but they always faded away. Blaine gave Kurt a smile when he heard his idea and nodded. “Sounds like a plan to me!” He told Kurt, grabbing two beach towels out of his bag and lying them on the sand. He pulled out the sunscreen and handed it to Kurt. “Here you go. We can stay here for a while, then go check out the coves later.”

First Encounters || Kurt and Blaine

Blaine realized that Kurt had caught him letting his gaze linger… and yes, maybe staring a little, he’d admit it. He had been trying to be subtle, but it was an art Blaine wasn’t exactly skilled at. Kurt looked uncomfortable though, and Blaine immediately regretted what he’d done to make the other man feel that way. He quickly promised himself to keep his eyes only on Kurt’s face. Sure, Kurt might be his slave, but that didn’t mean he had to sacrifice his dignity. Blaine felt a slight blush creep into his cheeks despite this, and he hoped Kurt wouldn’t notice as he looked up at him. Blaine took Kurt’s clothes and put them as neatly as he could into the beach bag, knowing that his slave wouldn’t take too fondly to his clothes being all wrinkled.

In response to Kurt’s question, Blaine grinned and replied, “Now we head to the beach! You’ll love it, it’s gorgeous down there.” This was one thing Blaine was absolutely sure of. He had always adored the water, especially the ocean, and even if the island could be cruel no one could deny its beauty. Blaine looked at Kurt and held out a hand, not shrinking away this time, but pausing and not grabbing Kurt either. He wanted to make sure Kurt was okay with the action, and he smiled at him and said “I can show you the way if you want.”

Taking a deep breath as he felt Blaine’s gaze on him, Kurt chewed on his lower lip while looking anywhere but his new master’s face while lightly fiddling with the tie on his shorts. He was absolutely positive that he looked horrible. After all, he’d been stuck in a basement for over a month with no sunlight and hadn’t been able to do his nightly skin sloughing regime. He was sure that he looked worse than he had ever looked in his life, and part of him was certain that that’s what Blaine was staring at. Maybe now, out in the sun, Blaine was realizing what a mistake he’d made in purchasing Kurt? The red marks on his wrists and ankles only seemed more pronounced now and they clashed terribly against his paler-than-normal skin. His attention was drawn back in Blaine’s direction moments later, and he watched as Blaine carefully put his clothes into the beach bag - thankful that the older man was being careful with his clothes. They may have been the only clothes he had left of his own at the moment - unless his clothes were hidden away somewhere - and they may have only been a pair of boxers but Kurt was thankful that Blaine seemed to be so careful about it.

Kurt couldn’t help but grin when Blaine said that now they would be heading down to the beach. “I’m sure it is,” he said with a small nod in response to the remark about how beautiful it was down there. While Kurt wasn’t one to sit in the sun often, he did love the beach. Something about the calming and serene effects the waves had on him was amazing. He had to admit that even he had wanted to see the beach, despite the fact that it was an island that had pretty much ended the life he had known. Looking down at Blaine’s hand, Kurt slowly drew his eyes back up to Blaine’s face, studying his eyes for a moment to see if he could tell whether the man was being sincere or not. Licking his lips a bit, he reached out and slipped his hand into Blaine’s hand with a small nod.

Blaine smiled to himself as Kurt took his hand. He could tell the younger man was nervous, unsure, but this meant he was willing to give Blaine a chance. He figured if he could get Kurt to trust him it wouldn’t be such a terrible thing to keep him on the island. Maybe if he was lucky Blaine could even get Kurt to enjoy himself. After all, there were quite a few fun things to do. They were mainly for the masters, but Blaine was sure he could convince the guards to let him bring Kurt. Some of the others seemed to forget that there was more to owning a slave than sex… but Blaine had promised he wasn’t going to do that, and it was a promise he intended to keep. Kurt’s hand was warm from the sun, and Blaine reminded himself that he still had to give the other sunblock when they got to the beach. He gave Kurt a reassuring smile, trying to convey that this was a good, fun, completely innocent idea.

They walked for a while, neither saying much. Blaine glanced over at Kurt occasionally, wondering what was going on in the slave’s mind… Was he thinking about his home, his family? Was he trying to figure out how to escape? Was he thinking about Blaine himself? Kurt was hard to figure out. Blaine had always been a bit oblivious to people’s feelings mainly because sometimes he forgot to pay attention and to look for them. But with Kurt, as hard as he tried to figure out what the other man was thinking he never could decode it. He’d convinced himself that maybe it would come with time, that he’d begin to understand Kurt once he had spent more time with him. As they reached the edge of the sand Blaine paused, looking at Kurt again. “Do you want the sunblock now, or when we get there? And would you rather stay here for now or head out to the cove?”

I’ve been busy working on my tan.
